HELLO!

Hi! I'm Candice. I have been a photographer since 2008, when I got my first job helping at weddings with another local photographer. I had a few other photography jobs helping other photographers and studios until I started my business at the end of 2012. I was always fascinated with newborn photography and really wanted to specialize in it. My love for babies also helped with this passion. I always knew that I would work some type of job involving children and babies. I have always just felt so comfortable with them and they bring me so much joy. I also love seeing the look on a parent's face when their child's personality or that smile given by a newborn baby has been captured for a lifetime. 

I am currently enjoying mommy life with my son, Luke. I have cut back a lot on work to watch him grow and spend time with him at home. Becoming a mom has been the most rewarding experience! It is very time consuming, and I do not want to miss too much in his first year especially! We also have a sweet pup named Jedi, who is our first baby. (pictured being held above lol) My experience with children comes with nannying for several different families throughout the years, some from birth. I also worked at daycare as my first job in the infant room. I have always had a special place in my heart for babies and children and I really hope it shows when I photograph your child.

I like to be silly, fun, and energetic when photographing kids. You may hear some silly noises and singing of various children songs while I shoot to get smiles. More times that makes the parents laugh more than the kids. Haha! 

I do specialize in maternity, newborn, baby, and child photography, including family photography, because this is what I enjoy the most. I believe that when you photograph what you are passionate about, and what is the most fun to you, then you will always give it your best.
